| Too Cool For Christmas - 2004 - George Hamilton, Ryan McDonell, Adrienne Carter, Preston Cook - A teenager learns the true meaning of Christmas after spending Christmas Eve with Santa going house to house delivering gifts. Rated PG. I was watching this movie tonight as I love watching Christmas movies but what I saw in this movie was disturbing. The daughter in this movie had two dads. Her dads shared a kiss and a passionate embrace. I was not at all impressed with seeing this in a Christmas movie. I was surprised to see a Christmas movie that showed acts of homosexuality. Anyone have any thoughts on this kind of content in a Christmas movie????? Blessed be, Lisa | |

| wow...well, it definitely is random...and i wouldn't want children to be watching that. But like i can't say Homosexuality is bad, its a choice people make, and i respect that. But playing it in a movie, targeted to children, i wouldn't agree to that. Like how does X-mas relate to homosexuality? | |

| That was my exact thought Vash. I don't see what relevance that action had in a Christmas movie. It just didn't seem like the right time or place. It takes away the innocence of Christmas and what Christmas is all about. It just wasn't right in my eyes....

| To some extend i can understand why they put it in there, but I don't agree with it. I understand that they may be putting it in there knowing that younger kids will be watching the movie, may be having them more adjusted to seeing that kind of thing, since that's a part of today's society more or less. However, I don't agree with them putting it in a movie. More over, no bash on homosexuals or anything, but I think it's becoming way out of proportion and is turning into a fashion or status statement or something. (Little tangent and going off original topic, I do apologize, but I had to at least get that out). | |
